Charles Cadbury
Charlie is your first point of contact in the business and knits the team together. Rumour has it Charlie is the fastest and most dedicated cyclist in London, and he once took a million phone numbers in a single day. He has an answer for every question, and while he's not always right, he'll always make you smile. Even if it is with a famously dreadful pun. Follow Charlie on twitter.

Saad Farooq
Saad is our technical director. He studied Computer Science in Lahore, and completed his masters at the University of Manchester, before moving back to Pakistan to run the show over there. He's a hard-ball task-master who dreams in base-one, and does love a good challenge.

Chris Hodgson
Chris keeps us all in check. He's either British or American - we still can't work out which. Schooled at Eton and Bristol, he has a sonic-boom for a voice, the memory of an elephant, and is irritatingly logical. Chris just gets things done, and keeps us all on our toes. (Also, Chris plays Netball every now & then. NETBALL.)

Alexander James
AJ is our in-house design pro and emergent technology obsessive. He's right on the pulse and has been known to cry if you discover something before he does. Relatively new to the team and from an agency background, he thinks he's a bit of a cool kid. He tells us all how much he loves orange every-day (we get it!), likes to adorn himself brightly, and has a stupid haircut. Follow AJ on twitter.

Zaki Naeem
Zaki is our superstar lead developer, and keeps our teams code in check. A baby-faced boy-wonder, he always got a C++ for his homework. He is so happy all of the time it makes us sad, and its hard to imagine how we managed without him.
