Top Of The Apps - June

After a mixed weekend of highs and lows, the high being our very own Chris' Birthday Bash, and the low being England's forgettable performance, we thought it's time to raise morale nationwide and bring you our very favourite and most enjoyable apps for your pleasure.

Maybe we'll win the World Cup? No, you're right, sorry...

Who: Charlie
Why: I'm no train spotter but National Rail Enquiries released an app recently and its really good for finding out train times. Which is sometimes all you want to do.

Who: Chris
What: Mixcloud
Why: A favourite website is now a favourite app.  Maybe a little heavy on streaming, but so much better than trying to listen to the radio.  New and exciting music, on tap!

Who: Katie
Why:  I've never reached the same level of football interest/ enthusiasm since Euro '96, but I'm making a commitment to England this year.. Although it may not last too long.

Who: Celeste
What: Zipcar
Why: The most useful app if you have Zipcar membership. And works perfectly.

Who: Patrick
Why: I think it's safe to say that my chances of becoming a pro footballer are now, well and truly out of the window. With this game you start at the bottom of the pile and work your way up to win the World Cup, great stuff. Crawley Town FC have never been so lucky to have me!
