One of our signature pieces of work has been the mobile app & workspace finder, “Work Snug.”

We have worked with the guys at Work Snug since late 2009 when we undertook their Augmented Reality iPhone app, since then we have added on various features and updates like Skype access locations and HP ePrint locations.  We have just delivered the latest offering.

Bringing social networking to the app, the new feature on Work Snug is a LinkedIn function.

Within the preferences there is a new slider option, allowing you to input your LinkedIn details.

Once logged in to LinkedIn, the app not only shows the nearest cafés and their Wi-Fi credentials, but also shows other users who too are logged into LinkedIn and how many, “Mutual Friends,” you share. Making it easier to get a Chai Latte with that super CEO your dog sitter shares a connection with.

Which lets be honest, is pretty cool.
