HONDA – Live Every Litre
Â
PutITout designed and built a microsite to promote Honda's innovative 'Live Every Litre' Film project for Honda.
Â
Future Shorts are
the short film experts, passionate about the medium, and responsible for distributing, broadcasting and championing short films worldwide.
Â
Live Every Litre is the first project of its kind – 100% crowd sourced, from the characters, the route, even the music. Filmed over a year, the documentary follows 12 characters taking their dream journeys on the road, powered by Honda.Â
Â
Live Every Litre Film online
Â
This unique film was premiered on 21stJuly 2010. But more than just watching online - viewers can interact with each other in the live cinema experience of the Live Every Litre Film screening room.
Â
In the fortnight leading up to the premiere, the audience has engaged with the project through exclusive footage, and sharing stories of their own ‘dream journeys’.
Â
This is where PutITout comes in.
Â
Future Shorts briefed us on 2ndJuly to build the Live Every Litre film site to go live on 9th -Â to engage users and build excitement ahead of the live premiere on 21st.
Â
A very short turnaround project for a web build this complex - less than 3 weeks from briefing to completed launch.
Â
However, our developers are experts and we’re passionate about delivering this project for Future Shorts and Honda.
Â
Technical expertise delivers Live Every Litre Film site.
Â
The web property had not only to look engaging - reflecting Honda’s quality proposition- but also guaranteed to work, to deliver Future Shorts compelling content.
Â
Engagement is at the heart of this project, from the creation of the film’s content to the delivery of the premiere and beyond, through data capture.
Â
Social optimisation was the key to liveeverylitrefilm, requiring seamless social network integration and use of both Facebook and Twitter.
Â
We built a fully interactive site, enabling both interaction and sharing functionality.Â
