Hotfoot iPhone Application launch

Steve @ Hotfoot approached us earlier this year with a wonderful concept for an iPhone application.Â He has been working in the events field for an age and saw a niche within the app market for the promotion of exclusive events.

The application launched on 1st September with 1 event. Â The Hotfoot launch party.

With the application you can search different types of events and save the ones that appeal to you.Â Nearer the time you will be PUSHed notifications that show you more information about the event (whoâ€™s playing, location etc.)

On the day of the event if you open the application near the event location and head towards where the event is going to be held, the application will also release a ticket to you for entry, ensuring only the most dedicated of clientele or fans attend each event.

For those without an iPhone Hotfoot operates a Facebook group that performs a similar function.

We produced the application and a bespoke Content Management System (CMS) in order to manage the content shown within the app.Â The administrator of the CMS can send custom PUSH notifications as well as adding new events to the system.
