Change is inevitable, especially in digital. Yet it is often the most difficult topic to address when discussing someone's project and how to deliver the best possible product. As a result, agencies tend to avoid it and instead focus more on signed off, fixed deliverables, than user focused, product quality, flexible production.Â
We think this is wrong and have rallied against the market presumption that, as an agency, you can't deliver a service that is built around flexibility and change, not fixed cost and fixed deliverables, to deliver clients the best possible apps and websites. We were told it was an impossible task, but we disagreed...

Last month we held an event detailing our thoughts on change and how it affects you, your business and the digital products you craft.
Thursday 19th March saw us descend on the Decoded training facility just north of Old Street for an evening briefing on change and Lean UX. Award winning agencies attended as did a few of our lovely clients and some wannabe clients.

All 70 allocated tickets were sold, such was its popularity that we'll be running the event again, look out for your invite.
